Brent Stepanek, Senior Vice President, Casualty Claims, ESIS, A Chubb Company
Brent Stepanek is the Senior Vice President of ESIS Casualty Claims. In his new role, Mr. Stepanek will be responsible for the day-today management of ESIS Casualty Claims including oversight of ESIS’ claim offices, associated talent acquisition and implementing strategies designed to support our clients' needs.
Mr. Stepanek has more than a decade of claims management experience. Prior to this role, he led the liability and workers’ compensation claim operation for ESIS’ Overland Park, KS office which included oversight of the Chicago ESIS office as well as the ESIS Canada liability offices.
Mr. Stepanek holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) degree from Rockhurst University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Management) from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
