Aldo Guerrero, Senior Vice President, Sales, ESIS, A Chubb Company
Aldo Guerrero is Senior Vice President of ESIS’ National Sales team. In this capacity, he is responsible for driving business development goals, as well as ensuring profitable growth and market share. As part of his responsibilities, he is charged with developing sales strategies and creative solutions tailored to ESIS's client's unique needs, and working toward building and nurturing relationships with brokers, carriers, prospects, and key accounts, reinforcing ESIS' commitment to exceptional client service.
Prior to joining ESIS, Mr. Guerrero served as the Director of Risk and Safety at UniFirst Corporation in Boston. Throughout his career, he has held several key leadership roles in risk management and has garnered valuable experience as a producer and account manager in the broker arena.
Mr. Guerrero earned a Master of Arts in Occupational Safety and Health, from Columbia Southern University, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University.
